The flavor that put us on the map. A twist of hickory and black pepper the perfect blend. Almost makes your mouth water just thinking about it huh?
Feeling a bit more adventurous? Give this one a try. It is the Original with a little kick at the end.
If you want a bit more flavor give this one a try. It has a very southwestern and bbq flavor. Oh did we mention it has a bit of a bite at the end too.
Despite its unusual name, no Ducks were harmed or are a part of this particular flavor. This is a cajun style spice with its heat coming from the good ole tabasco pepper. Kind of has a bit of sweet with the heat but won't burn you twice!!
Now we're getting hotter. C'mon everyone loves that taste of Jalapeno!! This is a very satisfying combination of heat and flavor. It won't make you cry but you wont forget your eating Jalapeno flavored jerky either.
So you think you are ready to step it up a notch...or 10?? This is not for the faint of taste. We won't lie to you, it's hot. It will leave you screaming but wanting more.
Get CASPER out of your head....this my friends is not a very friendly ghost! This is a love hate relationship. Created from the ever elusive Bhut Jolokia,( AKA THE GHOST PEPPER), with a 1 Million rating on the scoville chart, is as naturally hot as it can get. It is the gift that keeps on giving long after it has been consumed. **DISCLAIMER:Please wear protective gear!
RUN!!! If the picture is not enough to make you move on then by all means please do try it. We find it quite amusing when people say things like, "Oh I love hot stuff" or "the hotter the better". We encourage you to have a block of cheese and a quart of milk on stand-by....no seriously!
Classic Teriyaki sweet, savory and downright addictive, a true favorite among women and children. Not to say that a manly man would not enjoy it as well...I do!.
Sometimes you just got have your mango and eat it too! This flavor was inspired by my neverending love of mango and spicy food. It is a perfect combination of heat engaging the sweet.
Hey, when life gives you lemons...make lemon pepper beef jerky, of course. If you are a lemon pepper fan you have to give this a try.
There are many flavors of BBQ as well as many different styles. Nothing over the top here, just a good ole fashioned BBQ flavor. Not to sweet and not to bitter. Just right.
This is a union that was always meant to be. The aromatic chili powder and just the right hint of lime make this flavor a must try. Did I mention it is great with your favorite brew!!
Through popular demand, this once seasonal item has now become a staple. Jalapeno and Teriyaki are very complimentary of each other. Not a real bruner but will suprise.
Getting a little spicier on the teriyaki side. Very robust cajun BBQ flavor with the comforting teriyaki sweetness. Its like eating BBQ ribs without all the mess.
The sweet teriyaki almost helps with the heat. So if you are looking for more heat and sweet but still want to function then look no more.
If you enjoy te taste of Teriyaki but want a slight kick at the end, this is your flavor. It is a very mild heat and in most cases might be enjoyed by those who normally do not like spicy things.
Not much to say about this one except it is like eating potatoe chips...you can't eat just one. A new twist on sweet and sour.
That's right, Tabasco in the house. For all the Tabasco lovers, even teriyaki tastes great with it. It is a middle of the road spicy so if you really like Tabasco with a touch of sweet, you will enjoy this one.
Tabasco, it's just great on everything!
In case you were worried, YES we have Sriracha. Anyone who loves Asian food will know these 2 flavors were born together. Not extremely spicy but it is not ketchup either!
Sriracha is the Asian ketchup and as such can be eaten on anything from eggs to, yes you guessed it, BEEF JERKY. While in my opinion and because I have eaten it so much, I find this to not be too spicy but everyone is different. Still worth a try if you are spice fiend!
We have been making beef jerky for about 18 years. It all started one year during an adult ski trip. A friend of ours mother had made him some homemade beef jery and he brought it on the trip. I had never eaten homemade jerky and being the jerky fanatic I am I had to try it. Try it I did, I ate so much the first night that I got to see it again the next morning. I am quite sure that it was also in part do to the amount ofbooze that was consumed as well. Nevertheless I was hooked. The following year I borrowed my buddies dehydratorand made my own for our annual family ski trip and have been making it ever since. All my friends and family loved it so much they would always ask if they could buy it. So Dryed Hyde was born. If you love beef jerky and hate the junk they sell in stores please give us a try. We are certain you will love us. We use real beef and we do not put additives or perservatives in our product. We use fresh and natural spices as well as low sodium products. We make our own dry and wet rubs. All our jerky is vaccum sealed for freshness which also in the right environment has a longer shelf life. We encourage you to try us out. Thanks from the Dryed Hyde Team and we wish you well.
